Jack Twilley wrote and ran the program to import the Seattle landscape into the game.

Cary Moon from the Peoples Waterfront Coalition taught about the environmental and design issues of the real waterfront.

Katey Bean from the Washington State Department of Transportation taught about transportation and landscape architecture issues.

Tanya Lasswell from PSCS taught about botany and biology found on the waterfront.
